Share Account
Share accounts are the Credit Union’s version of a regular passbook savings account.

Share Draft Accounts
Draft accounts are the Credit Union’s version of a checking account. At AMECU, these accounts require no minimum balance, there is no monthly service charge and these accounts do not earn dividend.

Club Accounts
Club accounts are designed to help members save money for Christmas and earn dividends too.

Share Certificates
Certificates are another option to earn higher dividends. They are available for 6, 12, 24, or 36 month terms. Special terms are also promoted on occasion. The minimum balance on certificates is $500.00.

Loan Services
Our Loan Services include Autos, Recreational Vehicles, Share Secured, Signature, Revolving Line of Credit, and Overdraft Protection. We also offer Visa® credit cards.

ATM / Debit Cards
The Credit Union ATM / Debit Card allows the member to access their accounts 24/7. It carries the MasterCard™ logo, and is accepted coast to coast, online, and internationally.

Visa® Gift Cards
AMECU is now offering Visa Gift cards. The perfect gift for birthdays, the holidays, and any other occasion that you can think of. Safer than cash, they can be used anywhere Visa® is accepted. Any amount up to $500! $3.50 purchase fee per card. No activation, usage, or maintenance fee.

We also offer Travelers Checks and Money Orders.

Payroll Deduction
For your convenience, payroll deduction may be provided by your employer. A deduction can be made for Shares, Share Draft, Christmas Club, Vacation Club, or Loan Payments.

Direct Deposit
Any recurring payment (i.e. Government check, Income tax return, payroll check, Social Security payment, Veterans’ disbursement, etc.) can be deposited directly to your Credit Union Savings or Checking account. Direct Deposit eliminates the fear of lost or stolen checks. Funds are credited to the account on the same day that you would normally receive your check in the mail.

Notary Service
Notary service is available to all credit union members. (Restrictions may apply).
